Privacy Policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Finish Line Performance ("we", "us") collects through flp2win.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email sales@flp2win.com or call(630) 717-0824.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), vehicle details (optional) and your message. We use it only to respond to you and to discuss or provide the work you ask about. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Contact form messages are stored in our website's database, hosted by Cloudflare, and delivered to our business email, hosted by Microsoft 365. We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of customer inquiries, then delete them.

When you send a message, we email a short confirmation to the address you entered. It doesn't include what you wrote, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, how people find us (such as from Facebook, Instagram or a search engine), and what kind of device they use. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and gives us only aggregate statistics, not information about individual visitors. We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and this site does not set cookies for visitors.

Our website also keeps its own simple daily counts: how many pages were viewed, which website sent visitors to us (for example Facebook or Google), whether visits came from a phone or a computer, the approximate city, state and country visits came from (worked out by our hosting provider from the connection, not from your device's location), and how often buttons such as "Call" or "Get directions" were used. These are totals only. We do not store your IP address or any identifier, and we cannot tell who you are from them. We keep these counts for about 13 months.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts: our typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address when you visit. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Maps: the map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may collect information and set cookies under its own policy.
• Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.
• Social media: links and share buttons to Facebook, Instagram and X are plain links. Nothing is sent to those services unless you click through, and then their own policies apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailingsales@flp2win.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
